Compensation: $30-$45 per hour, depending on experience

Are you an experienced HVAC installer who takes pride in doing the job right the first time? We are looking for a Lead HVAC Installation Technician to oversee residential and light commercial projects throughout the Salt Lake City area.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run installations from start to finish, guide installers in the field, solve problems as they come up, and make sure every system is installed safely and correctly.

What You’ll Do
- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations from removal through startup
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, rooftop units, and related equipment
- Direct and support installers and apprentices in the field
- Complete system change-outs, new construction installations, and ductwork
- Read blueprints, equipment layouts, and installation specifications
- Troubleshoot airflow, electrical, mechanical, and installation issues
- Perform system startups, testing, and final quality inspections
- Ensure work meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards
- Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate project updates
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, safe, and professional
- Provide homeowners and commercial customers with excellent service
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Previous lead or crew leadership experience
- EPA Certification required
- RMGA Certification required
- Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Strong knowledge of system change-outs, new installations, and ductwork
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship
