HVAC Lead Installation Technicians to be responsible for installing residential HVAC equipment and accessories, overseeing Installation Apprentices, and providing our customers with exceptional service.

Responsibilities:- Install HVAC equipment and accessories.
- Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings.
- Perform start-ups on heating and cooling systems.
- Perform limited diagnostics.
- Accurately complete installation forms.
- Perform before and after walkthroughs of the entire home with customers.
- Effectively communicate the scope of the job to customers and address their questions and concerns.
- Train apprentices on various aspects of the job.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two years of residential installation experience with solid references required.
- EPA and NATE certification preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
