Are you an experienced HVAC Installer looking for steady work, great pay, and a company that values quality workmanship?



What You will Do:



Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, mini-splits and ductwork



Ensure installations meet code requirements and company quality standards



Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional worksite



Communicate with customers and office staff regarding job progress



Maintain proper installation documentation and photos using Service Titan



Requirements:



5+ years HVAC installation experience as Lead Installer



  Valid driver's license and clean driving record



EPA Certification 



Professional appearance and customer service skills



Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops
