HVAC Lead Installer

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our installation team. For more than 30 years, D&L has been impressing customers with our superb, high-quality installation and service work on traditional residential heating and cooling units, cutting edge geothermal systems, light commercial work, and new construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install conventional heating and cooling systems for residential and light commercial clients
• Lead crews and coordinate with customers
• Maintain high standards of safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction
• Document work performed and ensure project timelines are met
