Position Type
Full-Time
Monday–Friday with occasional overtime opportunities
Responsibilities
Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations
Install furnaces, condensers, air handlers, heat pumps, ductwork, and mini split systems
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Supervise and mentor install helpers/apprentices
Communicate clearly with customers and project managers
Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
Perform startup, testing, and system walkthroughs with customers
Qualifications
3+ years HVAC installation experience preferred
Leadership or lead installer experience strongly preferred
Experience with Heat Pumps and Mini-Split systems
Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems
EPA Certification preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Qualifications
Sheet metal or duct fabrication experience
Light commercial installation experience
OSHA certification
Strong customer service background
