Now hiring an experienced HVAC Lead Installer.

We have an immediate opening available for an aggressive, enthusiastic, goal-oriented installer that does not mind working sometimes long hours and an occasional Saturday for a lucrative income with opportunity for advancement.  If you are detail oriented and enjoy being recognized, rewarded and appreciated for your hard work, then this may be the right career move for you.

Must have over three years experience in residential/light commercial Installation work.  Positive, teachable attitude is a must.  Physical health and ability is important.  Will be required to lift heavy equipment and work in unconditioned spaces.  Good interpersonal skills are essential.  Need to be a team player, motivated to succeed, quick learner, respectful of fellow employees and management, and have good customer service skills.  Ability to work independently, efficiently, and start jobs by yourself is essential.

We install only residential/light commercial systems.  All employees must be able to interact with customers daily and speak understandable English.  Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required.  3+ years of experience is required.
