HVAC Lead Installer

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all installations are completed in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor junior installers, providing guidance and support throughout the installation process.
• Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and develop installation plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used and time spent on each project.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in HVAC preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
