Cabrillo Plumbing, Heating & Air is looking for a skilled and motivated Lead HVAC Installer to join our premier residential installation team! If you have 5+ years of experience in Mitsubishi and or Fujitsu heat pump and gas furnace installations and want to grow with a company that values your expertise, apply today!

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential)
Expertise in Mitsubishi heat pumps, zoning, and lineset installation
HVAC certification required
Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
Valid CA driver’s license (clean record)
