HVAC Lead Installer | $30-55 hourly | Local-Owned

Job Title: HVAC Lead Install Technician

Work start time: 7:30 am - 5 pm

Pay Scale: Per- piece Pay for install work. Hourly Pay and bonus pay from $30-$55.00 per hour depending on experience + benefits

Position Summary: To provide installation of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Assist with training install helper Technicians. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing. Follow training programs for the install department as needed and directed.

Strong Candidates Will Bring:

• Strong communication skills with customers and team members
• Has 3+ Years of HVAC Experience (Residential & Light Commercial)
• EPA Certification (Nate a Plus!)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and Customer Service Skills
• A Leader Who Can Work Independently & With a Team
• Valid Driver's License & Clean Record
• Willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes.
• Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder.
• Neat and clean appearance and ability to assist other techs and share info
• Own your own hand tools
