What You Will Do:
- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, and ventilation units
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals
- Ensure installations comply with local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Perform system start-ups and testing to verify proper operation
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding system operation and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
What You Need:
- Journeyman License or Trade school Equivalent (required)
- EPA License (Required)
- Valid Drivers License (21+)
- A minimum of 1+ years of field experience as a lead HVAC Installer
- Ability to pass a drug screen, MVR & background check
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new method
- Physical dexterity
