- Compensation: On-Target Earnings $65,000 to $72,000 annually
What You'll Do: As an Install Lead, you will support our lead foremen in delivering top-tier service. - Assist in duct fabrication & installation.
- Follow precise instructions and adhere to job site safety protocols.
- Help track materials and labor for each project.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What You Bring: - HVAC experience required.
- Basic HVAC understanding and a strong willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment: - Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs repetitively.
- The job requires working in cramped spaces like attics and crawlspaces, which involves a lot of bending, crawling, and kneeling.
- Ability to climb and work from ladders.
- Must be able to work in different environments that can be hot, cold, dusty, or dirty.
- Physical ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and work for extended periods without becoming overly fatigued.
