What Will You Do!

• Complete change out's, split & Package units, cut in's etc
• Accurately track all work in Service titan software.
• Perform work to industry standards.
• Communicate issues in a way the client can relate and understand.

What Will You Bring!

• 1+ years as an HVAC Lead Installer running your own crew
• Residential HVAC experience(Light commercial a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient knowledge in different models of HVAC systems

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• May be required to maneuver up to 50 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing

Pay Transparency:

You will earn a competitive hourly pay of $30-40 depending on experience and efficiency getting installs complete in the allotted time sold. Average Installers here at American make between 75-100K. We have MULTIPLE ways to earn extra bonus from efficiency completion, to a percentage for generating leads for comfort advisors, to creating new members and more!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30-40 per hour depending on experience + Competitive extra bonus potential
