What You'll Do
- Lead residential HVAC system installations with precision and quality
- Ensure all work meets safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure confidence and satisfaction
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding service every day
- Maintain professionalism, clean workspaces, and strong attention to detail

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong mechanical aptitude and high-quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
