Position Overview
As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and completing HVAC system installations from start to finish.
You will lead a team, ensure quality workmanship, and represent our company at the highest level in customers’ homes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations
- Install split systems, package units, furnaces, air handlers, and ductwork
- Read and execute installation plans and layouts
- Ensure systems are installed to code and company standards
- Manage install crew and jobsite efficiency
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal team
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
What We’re Looking For
- Expert-level installation skills (5+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Proper system sizing and setup
- Electrical (low and high voltage)
- Airflow and static pressure
- Refrigeration cycle
- Ability to lead a team and hold standards
- Strong troubleshooting mindset
- Professional attitude and customer presence
