Position Overview

As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and completing HVAC system installations from start to finish. 

You will lead a team, ensure quality workmanship, and represent our company at the highest level in customers’ homes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations
• Install split systems, package units, furnaces, air handlers, and ductwork
• Read and execute installation plans and layouts
• Ensure systems are installed to code and company standards
• Manage install crew and jobsite efficiency
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal team
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

What We’re Looking For

• Expert-level installation skills (5+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Proper system sizing and setup
  • Electrical (low and high voltage)
  • Airflow and static pressure
  • Refrigeration cycle
• Ability to lead a team and hold standards
• Strong troubleshooting mindset
• Professional attitude and customer presence

Compensation & Benefits
