The Role: Lead HVAC Installer
As a Lead Installer, you’re the captain on the job site.
You’ll take ownership of residential HVAC installations from start to finish—leading helpers, ensuring quality, maintaining safety standards, and delivering a professional customer experience every time.
This role requires technical skill, leadership, and the ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience leading residential HVAC installation jobs
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
- Proven ability to lead, train, and hold helpers accountable
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, outdoor environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights
- Able to work in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
- Clear, professional communication with managers, teammates, and customers
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA-608 Universal certification
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (3+ years of driving experience)
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
- Train and supervise Install Helpers on job sites
- Interpret and execute project specifications accurately
- Ensure all safety procedures and company standards are followed
- Fabricate and install ductwork and fittings as needed
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Complete job documentation and customer paperwork
- Represent Monarch professionally in customers’ homes
