If you take pride in your work, enjoy leading teams, and want to be part of a company that invests in its people, we’d love to hear from you.Position OverviewAs a Lead HVAC Installer, you will oversee and perform the installation of commercial and residential air conditioning systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work and customer satisfaction.Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
  • Strong knowledge of installing commercial and residential AC systems
  • Ability to work in hot, humid environments and confined spaces (attics, rooftops, crawl spaces)
  • Experience leading crews and managing job sites
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • EPA Universal Certification (required)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on excellent customer service
  • Reliable and able to work 40+ hours per week
