Dormann's Heating & Cooling, a family-owned and operated HVAC business serving Gloucester County since 1996, is looking for an experienced Lead Installer to join our growing team. We take pride in consistently providing the best HVAC installation, replacement, repair, and maintenance services in New Jersey, all at the most reasonable prices to our customers.
Hours and Pay:
- $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, occasional overtime as needed

Position Overview: As a Lead Installer, you'll be pivotal in installing heating & air conditioning systems to our high company standards, ensuring our customers receive a top-quality experience. You'll also have the opportunity to supervise and guide other Installers, fostering a culture of quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- 6+ years of experience
- Must own all tools required to perform essential job functions
- Experience in supervising and guiding their team
- Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- HVAC school certificate
- Universal EPA
- NATE Core Certification with 3 Specialty Certifications
