Location: Norristown, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $45,000–$65,000/year base + uncapped commission | Full-Time

We’re still small enough that one strong salesperson can materially impact growth. We need someone who can create opportunities, build trust, and turn customer relationships into recurring revenue.

Position Summary:

 

This is not an order-taking sales role.

 

As Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales, you’ll prospect, develop relationships, walk facilities, and build commercial preventative maintenance agreements that create long-term recurring revenue.

 

You’ll work directly with operations and leadership while managing your own pipeline, customer relationships, and sales activity.

 

This is a field-driven role. You will regularly be on rooftops, climbing ladders, walking active job sites, and evaluating equipment in real-world conditions.

 

You’re expected to generate opportunities, communicate clearly, and follow through without being chased.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Prospect and develop commercial maintenance agreement opportunities

  • Walk facilities, evaluate systems, and build maintenance proposals

  • Build long-term customer relationships and grow recurring revenue

  • Coordinate with operations to keep sold work moving

 

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • HVAC, mechanical contracting, or B2B sales experience preferred; trades background is a plus

  • Ability to prospect, follow up, and close consistently

  • Ownership mindset — you manage your pipeline and know your numbers

  • Valid driver’s license and insurability; comfortable on rooftops, ladders, and active job sites

 

Work Environment:

 

Office, commercial facilities, rooftops, mechanical rooms, and active job sites.

You’ll be in the field regularly evaluating equipment, walking facilities, and meeting directly with decision-makers. Expect ladders, roof access, mechanical spaces, weather exposure, and real-world problem solving.

 

This role requires someone comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in active commercial environments.
