Position: Maintenance Assistant Technician

Responsibilities:
- Assist with general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliance repairs
- HVAC and EPA Certified is a must
- Help prepare units for move-ins and turnovers
- Perform routine property inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, grounds, and maintenance shop
- Assist with emergency on-call duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
- Basic knowledge of tools and safety procedures
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Some weekends and on-call shifts as needed
