HVAC Maintenance Technician

Role Description:
Seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems in data center environments. This role focuses on advanced diagnostics, system optimization, preventative maintenance, and client-facing technical support. The technician will also mentor junior staff and help ensure reliable operation of critical infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC field service experience
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting complex HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, package units, and air handling equipment
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and building automation systems
• Knowledge of central plants, mechanical systems, and advanced diagnostics
• Experience in data centers, hospitals, power plants, or mission-critical facilities preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and attention to detail
• Must be local to the Chandler, AZ area (no relocation assistance provided)
