Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of attendance, hard work, initiative, ambition, compassion, and empathy.Pay Rate: Total annual earnings typically range from $50,000 to $75,000. The position offers a starting hourly rate of $19.00-$27.00, plus commission, with overtime opportunities available.Job Schedule: Typical schedule is M-F, starting at 7:30am (some nights and weekends may be required as we offer 24-hour service)Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to support our HVAC Maintenance team. Duties include performing maintenance tasks on all makes and models of residential HVAC systems (inside and out) all while focusing on providing a "best in class" customer experience.Job Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning of coils, drains, and elements; inspecting connections, motor operations, and thermostat function; monitoring refrigerant pressure (and more)Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and the Sunshine teamMaintain detailed notes of all interactions in customers' records.Maintain inventory/supplies on your assigned company vehicleMaintain necessary toolsMust practice safety at all timesRequired Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:Universal EPA Certification or Type IICompletion of HVAC technical school preferredStrong understanding of electrical and refrigerationKnowledge of local codes and ordinancesWilling to work in various weather conditions and through extreme temperaturesAbility to follow written and verbal directionsStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to work from 12' extension ladder and an 8' step ladderToolsAbility to operate power and hand tools safelyExcellent customer service skillsAnalytical and detail-orientedMust have solid, stable work historyA valid driver's license and an insurable driving recordWillingness to obtain Nate Certification - we help pay for this along with your continued education!Why work for us?
