Duggan One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is a fast-growing HVAC company
needing a HVAC Maintenance Technician.
JOB SUMMARY: Serves the company's clients through expert maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Basic HVAC installation knowledge
- Basic Electrical knowledge
- Completes paperwork in a neat, timely and accurate manner that reflects all tasks performed for reporting accuracy and future comparison.
- Uses drop cloths to protect client's floors.
- Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job.
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
- Wears floor savers while in the client's home.
- Maintain company vehicle ensuring that it is clean on both the inside and the outside at all times.
MINIMUM TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry.
- EPA certification.
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
- Must have a good driving record, clean background and pass drug screening.

Must possess industry and territory knowledge.
Must be self-motivated, self-started, results driven individual.
