HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician .The HVAC Maintenance Technician will be a detail-oriented HVAC technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC and exhaust systems. The HVAC technician will be skilled in cleaning, diagnosing issues, adjusting and repairing systems such as air conditioning units, dehumidifiers, and general building systems across multiple grow facilities. You will guide and advise the company to select the most appropriate air quality system to fulfill our requirements.What you'll do...Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems.Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions and keeping up with company communication platforms.Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.Complying with service standards, work instructions and company's requirements.Assisting with company queries.What we're looking for...Must be HVAC Certification- License required5+ years of experience as an HVAC technician21 years of age or olderJob Type: Full-timeCompensation: Starting at $40/hr based on experienceJob Type: Full-timeBenefits: Employee discount Work Location: On the road, (different locations in the Metro Detroit area)
