HVAC Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance on residential HVAC units.
• Build rapport with customers and demonstrate professionalism in every interaction.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Gain product knowledge to educate customers on options for their HVAC units.
• Promote and renew maintenance agreements.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years experience and ready to test or 2 year apprentice license completed. 
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Passionate about the HVAC industry and eager to grow into an HVAC Service Technician. 
• Owns a complete set of tools and knows how to use them.
• Demonstrates humility and a client-first mindset, even when challenges arise.
• Must be mechanically inclined, dependable and punctual.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
• Clean-cut appearance preferred, with a focus on professionalism.
