Akima Intra-Data (AID) is looking for a position to work in location. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today! **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance on all HVAC equipment and components to manufactures recommendation (valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters and lubrication etc.). + Learn basics of equipment management controls (Metasys, Siemens, TAC) to be able to start and stop equipment properly during preventive maintenance. + Identify and repair any potential problems found on HVAC equipment during preventive maintenance and notify supervisor of any discrepancies. + Requisitions and maintains stock of replacement parts used in repair of facilities equipment. + Ability to read and interpret work orders. + Assist HVAC mechanics in the performance of routine maintenance and repairs to systems. + Perform other duties as required or assigned by supervisor or management. **Qualifications** + Two years of verifiable related HVAC maintenance / troubleshooting experience or formal HVAC training certification from accredited institution. + High School diploma or GED equivalency. + Valid US Driver’s License. + Ability to pass a National Agency background check. **Desired Qualifications:** + EPA Universal (Type I, II and III) CFC/HCFC Refrigerant Processing Certification or ability to obtain. **Job ID** 2026-23774 **Work Type** On-Site **Company Description** **Work Where it Matters** Akima Intra-Data (AID), an Akima company, is not just another federal logistics services provider.
