The ideal candidate must have EPA 608 certification , HVAC experience and be comfortable handling a variety of maintenance service requests within a multifamily housing environment. This position requires someone who can independently troubleshoot problems, complete repairs, and provide quality maintenance service to residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
Perform A/C and HVAC installations, repairs, and troubleshooting
Diagnose HVAC system issues and complete necessary repairs
Respond to maintenance and resident service tickets
Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
Complete plumbing repairs, including fixtures, drains, and other common issues
Perform drywall, painting, and general property repairs
Assist with apartment make-ready and turnover maintenance
Complete preventative maintenance as assigned
Travel between assigned properties throughout the Westbank/New Orleans area
