This full-time role offers a competitive pay range of $45,000 – $70,000+ per year, steady year-round work, and a generous benefits package including:
YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
You will spend your days performing HVAC maintenance and seasonal tune-ups for homeowners, inspecting systems to spot and address potential issues before they become problems. You will clean coils, drains, and other critical components to keep systems running efficiently, and you will educate homeowners about their systems' condition and performance so they can make informed decisions. You will maintain accurate service documentation and provide the kind of professional, trustworthy customer service that strengthens our company's reputation for integrity and quality. Every day, you will have the satisfaction of knowing your work keeps families comfortable and safe in their homes.
YOUR SCHEDULE
You will work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with some weekends and overtime as needed. Your territory will keep you local, serving customers throughout the New Orleans metro and Northshore areas, so you can count on being home every night.
