HVAC Maintenance Technician | $20.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:30pm to 4:00pm
Job Duties:
- Performing routine and annual maintenance on Commercial and residential HVAC equipment.
- The work is about 50/50 commercial to residential
- Running service and repair calls as needed on AC, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, RTU's, boilers, hot water heaters etc.
- Consulting with customers on repair, replacement and upgrade options

Qualifications:
- 1 + year or annual or routine maintenance experience
- Residential and light commercial experience
- EPA universal
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Have own tools (power drill and hand tools)
- Certification from trade school - Desired
- High school diploma or equivalent
