Job Duties:
Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and replace commercial HVAC equipment including chillers, rooftop units, and wet/dry side systems.
Assist with HVAC installations, ductwork modifications, and sheet metal work using blueprints and work orders.
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and water distribution systems.
Complete minor electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergency service calls using a work order management system.
Conduct property inspections and communicate repair recommendations to management.
Requirements:
Commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
Ability to read blueprints and mechanical schematics.
Strong knowledge of refrigeration, heating, air conditioning, brazing, and soldering.
Ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills.
Ability to mentor team members while working safely in a team environment.
