Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch).

Pay Scale: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience

Position Summary: Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. The role includes diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance and emergency repairs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while delivering reliable service to customers.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• At least one year of HVAC maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics
• Great customer service and communication skills
• EPA Universal
• Knowledge of codes
• Attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
