Green Ductors is seeking an experienced HVAC professional ready to step into a leadership role. This position combines hands-on technical work with team management responsibilities, offering strong earning potential and a clear path for growth within the company.


What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and support HVAC technicians in the field
• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs for residential and commercial systems
• Manage daily job assignments, routing, and service calls
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and operational efficiency
• Act as a point of contact for field operations and resolve job-related issues

Requirements
Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Previous leadership or team coordination experience is required. A valid driver’s license is mandatory, along with the ability to travel across New York and New Jersey. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
