Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated HVAC Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, assist with equipment installations, and support service and repair activities on residential heating and air conditioning systems. This role focuses on developing technical skills, learning company procedures, and delivering quality customer service with the guidance of experienced technicians and management. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, safety-conscious, and committed to providing a positive customer experience. This position reports directly to the HVAC Manager.

Duties/Responsibilities

·       Perform preventative maintenance agreements (PMA) and routine system inspections.
·       Assist with HVAC equipment installations and replacements.
·       Perform basic repairs and component replacements under guidance from senior technicians.
·       Inspect equipment and identify maintenance or repair needs.
·       Complete service documentation accurately and timely.
·       Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
·       Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
·       Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
·       Refer advanced troubleshooting and repair needs to senior technicians.

Education/Experience Requirements

·       Technical school certification or completion of a skilled trades program preferred.
·        0–2 years of service with the company.
·       Working knowledge of HVAC principles and equipment.
·       Performs work under direct supervision.
