Gillette Heating & Air is a growing, family-owned HVAC company looking for a New Construction Field Supervisor to lead installation crews and oversee job site operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and wants to be part of a company where leadership is respected and supported.

Pay & Benefits
• $70,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials, plus spiff opportunities based on performance!!!

What You'll Do
Oversee daily new construction HVAC installations while remaining hands-on in the field. Lead and support installation crews, coordinate with builders and project managers, ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards, and maintain quality control across multiple job sites.
What We're Looking For
• Strong background in construction
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience required
• Ability to manage schedules, crews, and job site expectations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
