A+ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration in Gainesville, FL is seeking a skilled full-time HVAC Operations Coordinator who thrives in an organized, fast-moving environment.

YOUR SCHEDULE:

As our HVAC Operations Coordinator, you will enjoy a consistent weekday schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, giving you dependable hours and evenings free to recharge outside of work.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Strong working knowledge of Service Titan
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with both office staff and field technicians
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• HVAC industry experience is preferred

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE:

You support the service and installation teams by keeping workflows organized and communication flowing smoothly. You coordinate closely with dispatch, technicians, warehouse staff, and installation managers to ensure jobs are fully prepared. You track parts and equipment, proactively resolve shortages, and confirm materials are ready before work begins. You create and manage jobs within ServiceTitan, maintain accurate notes and documentation, and monitor job progress to support billing and operations. Throughout the day, you assist customers professionally, keep job files organized, and step in wherever administrative support is needed to maintain an efficient operation.
