JOB SUMMARY
- Manages and develops HVAC service staff
- Assists the dispatching operation in ensuring appropriate technician selection for the type of
service - Capacity planning to maximize efficiency in achieving profit and
customer satisfaction objectives - Oversees employee training, safety tracking, employee compliance assessments, and incident investigations
- Provides coaching, feedback, and ongoing technical and communication training to all
subordinates to increase performance - Run service calls as-needed
- Participate in community events
- Promote business and attract leads
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable managerial, technical, and sales experience in
HVAC or related field - Must have growth midset for start-up HVAC company
- Professionalism and enthusiasm
- Excellent customer service
- Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding annual revenue goals
- Top-tier communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Sales Experience
- In depth knowledge of Service Titan software
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
