High School Diploma/GED.
HVAC Certification or equivalent experience.
EPA Refrigerant License or related industry experience.
Basic electrical knowledge and HVAC theory.
Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Provide on-site and remote customer support. Install, commission, maintain, and repair cooling and HVAC systems.
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs.
Read electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Follow safety procedures and complete service documentation.
