Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician with experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This position requires strong diagnostic skills, professional customer communication, and the ability to complete service calls safely, efficiently, and accurately.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on HVAC service experience, strong electrical troubleshooting ability, and knowledge of refrigeration cycle, airflow, leak detection, and system charging.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Perform preventive maintenance, tune-ups, refrigerant diagnostics, leak detection, and system charging.
Inspect equipment and recommend repairs or replacements when needed.
Clearly communicate findings, repair options, and service recommendations to customers.
Maintain service vehicle, tools, inventory, and accurate service documentation.
Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and with minimal callbacks.
Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.
Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Qualifications
5+ years of residential and commercial HVAC service experience.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting experience.
Knowledge of refrigeration cycle and airflow.
Electrical controls experience.
EPA Certification required.
NATE Certification preferred.
Valid Florida driver’s license required.
Clean driving record required.
