HVAC Sales / Comfort Advisor – N.E.T.R.

N.E.T.R. is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Sales/Comfort Advisor who knows how to walk into a home, connect with the homeowner, figure out what they really need, and turn that conversation into a sale.
You won’t be sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. We have an established brand, a strong customer base, and leads coming in. We need someone who knows what to do with them.
What You’ll Do
- Run residential HVAC sales leads
- Meet with homeowners and evaluate their comfort needs
- Sell furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central AC, mini splits and complete HVAC systems
- Present good/better/best options that fit the customer's needs and budget
- Explain financing, efficiency and equipment options
- Build trust and confidently ask for the sale
- Follow up on open proposals and opportunities
- Maintain a strong close rate and average ticket
- Keep your pipeline and customer information updated
- Work closely with our install and operations teams to make sure the customer has a great experience after the sale
Who We Want
We’re looking for someone with HVAC or home services sales experience who understands the equipment AND knows how to sell it.
You’re comfortable sitting at the kitchen table with a homeowner, asking the right questions, overcoming objections and closing high-ticket sales.
You’re competitive without being pushy, organized with your follow-up, and motivated by results.
Experience selling full HVAC systems is strongly preferred.
