Full-time Parts Coordinator Wanted
We are looking for an experienced PARTS COORDINATOR to oversee all aspects of parts for Dog House.
- Keep our parts room clean and organized
- Order all parts
- Keep track of orders
- Receive orders
- Run parts
- Maintain inventory
- Process returns and warranties
- Van maintenance
- Van clean up
- Keep the grounds tidy
- Help where needed (such as installations and loading or unloading equipment).

Dog House (heating, air, plumbing), located in Brunswick, began operations in 2010 and continues to expand. We are a family-owned and operated business providing residential and light commercial service and installations. Our daily goal is to give our valued customers A+ service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with parts ordering or management
- Very organized
- Effective, professional communication with co-workers, managers, and suppliers
- Computer literate, as our inventory system is computerized
- Very close attention to detail to ensure accurate counts and smooth job processes
- Quick to learn new skills
- Able to follow directions
- Work well with the team
- Clean driving and criminal background check
- Ability to lift at least 55 pounds and more
Helpful but not required:
- Background in the HVAC and/or plumbing industry
- Carpentry skills
