Daikin Applied is seeking a HVAC Parts Store Sales Associate/Specialist. Location: Tampa, FL - Onsite

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies over the phone and in person while interacting with customers on a daily basis
• Create solutions to customer needs by providing overall technical support and researching options including, but not limited to, receiving and processing orders, product and service questions, warranty administration, and overall customer complaints
• Assist in inventory selection and management and ensure that it is appropriately accounted for
• Communicate to management when pricing is not in line with market price and local product knowledge
• Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Drive customer policy enhancements based on need and makes exceptions to customer policies and procedures where appropriate
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Experience with HVAC parts or parallel industry (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated example of taking initiative with a solid work ethic
• Forklift Certification

This position may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate's education, experience, and demonstrated competencies.

The typical starting hourly rate for this position ranges from $25.72 - $52.31 per hour plus a targeted sales incentive plan in Florida. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
