Training Overview:  

This role begins with a structured 13-week training program that blends customer service, sales training, hands-on learning, and guided learning modules.

Upon completing the training program, you will transition into your own truck and begin running sales/service appointments. This is a technician role that blends customer-facing communication with hands-on technical work in the field.

• Communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners

• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, or electrical issues, and offer repair/replacement options 

Requirements: 

• Valid driver's license & clean driving record 
• Professional appearance and punctuality 
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in all weather
