How You Will Drive Success & Make an Impact

• Lead the Field Team: Be the go-to operational partner for our technicians--helping them troubleshoot daily field challenges, organize schedules, and deliver top-quality work.
• Master the Customer Experience: Build trust with local homeowners by triaging calls, following up on open questions, and ensuring every job finishes with a satisfied customer.
• Drive Financial Growth: Keep the department profitable by reviewing and building accurate estimates, following up on open quotes, and ensuring accurate billing.
• Keep the Engine Running: Triage service calls as they roll in, maintaining clear organization across all active jobs, callbacks, and pending estimates.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven Trade Background: 2+ years managing a service department in plumbing, HVAC, or residential home services (or significant experience as a lead technician/estimator stepping into management).
• Trade Literacy: You understand residential plumbing and HVAC systems, trade terminology, and what it takes to accurately price and schedule a job.
• Decisive Problem Solver: You think fast on your feet, handle customer conversations with ease, and take pride in closing open loops without needing constant direction.
• Reliability: You live within daily commuting distance of Alexandria, VA, hold a valid Driver's License, and thrive in an active, in-person team setting.
