Ring & DuChateau LLP is seeking an HVAC Project Engineer to join our growing team. We are a collaborative engineering consulting firm focused on delivering thoughtful building systems solutions while supporting employee growth, mentorship, and long-term career development.

What You'll Do
- Design HVAC systems for a variety of building projects
- Prepare construction documents, technical calculations, and system layouts
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, architects, and contractors throughout the design process
- Support project management activities from design through construction
- Participate in field observations, site surveys, and construction support activities
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, and change bulletins
- Assist with technical studies, code research, and system evaluations
- Coordinate work with Designers and BIM staff
What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 6+ years of HVAC engineering consulting experience preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Healthcare project experience is beneficial, but not required
- Experience with Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
