HVAC Project Manager | $130,000 - $140,000 Salary

We are a Design Build HVAC contractor specializing in VRF. Our Project Managers are involved with all faucets of the project, from up front coordination during the design process through execution and close out. A large portion of the position involves office related support to our Field in order to make the installation as efficient as possible.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

What you will be doing:

  • Clear understanding of HVAC, and ability to read and understand mechanical plans and specifications
  • Job site visits to ensure projects are on track
  • Understand mechanical plans, and construction schedules
  • Create/track budgets and accurately forecast cost to complete
  • Attend project meetings
  • Review Contracts
  • Order materials and equipment accurately
  • Identify change orders and price COP's
  • Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Ability to work as a Team member with office and field

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years as a project manager or combination of education and experience
  • Degree in construction management or engineering desired
  • Honesty, integrity, reliability. Someone that does what they say they are going to do
  • Great communication skills with customers, suppliers, and other team members
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • The ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Solutions oriented
  • Great organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of the construction industry and familiar with basic HVAC related concepts
