What You'll Do

• Lead HVAC projects from pre-construction through turnover, overseeing scheduling, manpower
• Supervise field crews & subcontractors
• Manage schedules, materials, and jobsite safety
• Coordinate with GCs, trades, and inspectors
• Ensure quality control & compliance with mechanical codes

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC field/project management experience or similar role in mechanical construction.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and safety regulations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
• Strong time management, troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
