About This HVAC Project Manager - Comfort Advisor Job As our next HVAC Project Manager - Comfort Advisor, youll enter homes as a trusted expert. You will:

  • Advise homeowners on achieving peak comfort and improved air quality through their HVAC system.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals set by management.
  • Analyze single-family homes and understand what construction constraints mean for equipment selection.
  • Perform accurate heat load calculations and apply them during the sales process.
  • Measure existing equipment for seamless installation planning.
  • Document sales notes cleanly in our CRM and consistently follow up with unresolved leads.
  • Conduct post-installation reviews and verify quality control.
  • Complete paperwork (tickets, invoices, work orders, timecards, etc.) on time and accurately.
  • Follow all company policies and directives from management.

  • 3 years of in-home selling to residential customers.
