Description for Project Manager:
Prepare highly accurate, competitive cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects, tenant improvements, and design-build work.
Review and evaluate architectural construction blueprints, mechanical drawings, specs, and contract files.
Execute detailed engineering equipment takeoffs, ductwork dimensions, and material quantity calculations.
Solicit, log, and negotiate material pricing options from industrial vendors and trade subcontractors.
Develop strict labor projections, manage multi-phase job budgets, and carry out regular cost analyses.
