Pay: $90,000+ Base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance
Year 1 OTE: $175K+ | Top Performers: $300K–$400K+

- Manage commercial customer relationships
- Identify and develop HVAC project opportunities
- Present solutions and prepare proposals
- Partner with internal teams to deliver projects
- Grow existing accounts
- 5+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years in commercial HVAC or a related industry
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC equipment and systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
