In this role, you’ll troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, mentor fellow technicians, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation: $30/hour, plus commission opportunities for equipment sales generated during customer visits
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and resolve complex residential HVAC service issues
- Perform quality control inspections and ensure repairs meet company and code standards
- Install and start up HVAC equipment when needed
- Recommend repair and replacement solutions that best meet homeowners’ needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, teammates, and management
- Mentor and coach technicians through field training and hands-on support
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
- Collect payment when appropriate and follow company service processes
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance
- Deliver outstanding customer service while handling challenging situations with confidence
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Proven ability to diagnose complex HVAC systems independently
- EPA Certification (required)
- Active TDLR Technician Registration (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience using HVAC diagnostic tools, gauges, recovery equipment, and brazing techniques
- Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and mobile technology)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments in Texas weather
- Ability to climb ladders and enter/exit service vehicles throughout the day
