HVAC Quality Assurance Technician

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on residential HVAC systems
• Review completed HVAC installations and service work for code compliance, safety, and quality
• Identify root causes of recurring system issues and recommend corrective solutions
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor to field technicians
• Verify system performance, airflow, refrigerant charge, and control operation
• Ensure all work meets Oceanside Services’ quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and industry best practices
• Document findings clearly, accurately, and professionally
• Represent Oceanside Services with a customer‑first, solutions‑focused approach

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands‑on residential HVAC service experience with strong diagnostic expertise
• Deep knowledge of gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and control systems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, non‑routine technical issues
• Strong understanding of airflow, electrical systems, refrigeration, and combustion
• EPA certification required (NATE certification strongly preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to elite workmanship
• Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and calm
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
